Monona--The N95 they used is #14--it's blue, which indicates it is a medical-grade (FDA-approved) N95. It's a 3M 1860 (you have to resize the photo).
The black mask is one that I've seen advertised "everywhere" and it has a )#(%*&#{()*$&#)(* exhalation valve. Which protects no one.
One thing is, we are constantly finding out new information about this virus. Like how it might not kill you if you're under 45 w/no preexisting conditions, but some otherwise healthy people get long-term lung or heart damage. Or it takes months to recover.
