Monique,
OSHA mandates certain intervals for certain subjects. When "employees knowledge" is lacking is one indication, but remember-retraining is not a panacea.

Subject: [DCHAS-L] ? re Training Best Practices
Hello Everyone,
I am looking to understand "best practices" for safety refresher training. Does anyone have any idea how frequent refresher training should be, other than when someone is observed to not remember or understand something?
Thank you,
Monique
